Roger Farano, IT and Software Design, Hosting, Web Applications. Roger has 27 years of experience in developing and managing software design projects. He is an expert in complex distributed applications, systems analysis and design, web and intranet applications development and telecommunications. He has performed full lifecycle software development for General Dynamics Information Technology, and Nortel Government Solutions. Roger also enhanced the Smooth Paper web application for the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE). He has also led the requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of several Federal Aviation Administration intranet and Internet web portals, including the National Air System Architecture web site. He has consulted to numerous government agencies addressing a range of requirements, such as the FBI, FAA and the Department of Defense. He is proficient in the full spectrum of languages, development tools, operating systems/servers and database platforms. He received his B.S.E.E from the College of William and Mary and an M.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.

He provides counsel to corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, investment banking firms, and boards of directors; his specialization includes: business formation and capitalization, corporate governance, business operations, corporate structure, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and establishing infrastructure for business operations.
